If you are unfamiliar with the Shawnigan Lake Bahá’í Community, it might be helpful to know that it is a lot like Shawnigan Lake itself: made up of women, men and children from all over the world, including Shawnigan lake, the Cowichan Valley and from all walks of life.
What the Bahá’í Community has in common is a love of Bahá’u’lláh, the Prophet Founder of the Bahá’í Faith, and a commitment to unifying the human race and establishing global justice.The community enthusiastically invites you to participate in one or more of the many events and activities that are taking place regularly in every part of our village, including your neighbourhood.We hope this site will give you a good idea of the nature of our activities as well as where and when they take place.
